Housing Works, the assumed business name of Central Oregon Regional Housing Authority, is a public corporation, organized under Housing Authority Law of the State of Oregon (ORS Chapter 456).
We serve the combined populations of Crook, Deschutes and Jefferson Counties. We provide affordable housing opportunities and services to lower income households within our region.
Through public/private partnerships, Housing Works has created a dedicated supply of award-winning affordable housing. Professionally managed, each community offers unique resources and opportunities for residents.

Our Board of Commissioners is comprised of a maximum of ten citizen members who serve as volunteers: three members each appointed by Deschutes County, Jefferson County, and Crook County plus one at large member appointed by the Housing Works Board. Our current board members are:
