Housing Works owns and manages properties located in attractive neighborhoods of the Bend, Redmond, Madras and Culver communities.

Funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), our Public Housing program, Mariposa Homes offers affordable homes to very low income households. Residents pay 30%-40% of their gross annual income toward rent and utilities.
