2000 Central Oregon Housing Needs Assessment
To integrate housing into the Regional Plan developed by the Central Oregon Intergovernmental Council, the Central Oregon Housing Needs Assessment Committee, with funding from the Northwest Area Foundation, sponsored the 2000 Central Oregon Housing Needs Assessment intended to provide a better understanding of housing trends, impacts on the region, and how to proceed with jurisdictional planning to address housing gaps.
