WAITLIST INFORMATION

The Mainstream Voucher Waitlist will open Monday February 13th 2012 at 1:00 pm through Friday February 17th 2012 until 5:00 pm.  Applicants are asked to apply for the waitlist online at www.waitlistcheck.com/OR034  Upon request, Housing Works staff will provide technical assistance for clients filling out the online application.  Applications must be complete in order to be accepted by the online waitlist system for processing. 

Housing Works will be offering technical assistance Monday February 13th from 1:00pm-5:00pm & 14th-17th from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, at 405 SW 6th St, Redmond OR 97756

Housing Works will be offering technical assistance throughout the communities on February 13th ONLY, from 1pm until 3pm.  Locations are as follows:

La Pine Public Library, 16425 1st St, La Pine, OR

Jefferson County Library, 241 SE 7th St, Madras, OR

Crook County Library, 175 NW Meadow Lakes Dr, Prineville, OR

Bend location still to be determined.

Families may request paper applications as a reasonable accommodation.  Reasonable accommodations must be in writing and may be granted should an individual have barriers to completing the online application.

This program is open for income qualified Non-elderly disabled households.  The one year waitlist is established on a first come first served basis.  For more information, please call 541-923-1018.
